  Farewell Game for Gao - May 20th, 2009

      The USC Chinese Soccer Team member, Jinxin Gao, was set to play his final game for the team last night in Columbia, South Carolina. Gao is on the point of completing a job move to Indianapolis, Indiana.
       Gao was one of the first players to check in at the soccer field yesterday before the game and he gave a copy of the soccer skill video disk which he made earlier afternoon to Jiayu. Jiayu revealed that LaoGao's leave would be a tragedy for the team since Gao's ability of catching potential goal opportunities is what others do not have. He said: "Hopefully we'll recruit more talended players like Gao at the beginning of next semester, we will definitely miss Gao, our best friend."
      Hongtao, attacking middler, engine of the team, pointed out "You may notice that everybody wear a white jersey or T-shirt today because of Gao, white is Gao's preferred one", and he added that "In my first two seasons at USC, we played together quite often, I never thought Gao is leaving us, but it comes true. I understand playing without Gao is gonna be a different challenge in my soccer career as well as in others, I believe, but we have to face it." Hongtao did sent Gao a memorable farewell gift as he assisted Gao's last score in his final game, Gao shined in his farewell game with 5 goals for his side.
      "I would like to thank everyone for having this farewell game for me, that was an unforgettable moment in my soccer career." said Gao in an interview with USC Chinese Soccer.
